Derick Faison is the Lead Pastor of The Impact Church of Nashville, located in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. He is a Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Author, and Thought Leader with over 25 years of practical leadership experience.
He began his speaking career in the hills of West Virginia under the tutelage of Bishop T. D. Jakes, Senior Pastor of the 45,000 member Potter's House Church of Dallas, where he served as an Associate Pastor, Director of Ministerial Affairs and Director of Christian Education for over 15 years. He is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University and is currently the Founder and Prelate of Charisma International Fellowship of Ministries.
Armed with over 25 years of mentoring and training experience, Pastor Derick's influence has covered a wide spectrum of audiences, including International Speaker, Leadership Trainer, as well as coordinator for conferences and workshops nationwide. Derick's speaking has thrilled and excited audiences around the world.
